Why train?

Our training programs aim to help you acquire new transversal skills, also known as soft skills, in contrast to hard skills, which are technical competencies.

With new insights into the functioning of the human brain, the emotional system, and group dynamics, you will develop new attitudes within your teams.

Developing your transversal skills relies on self-awareness and determines your ability to access your technical skills. For example, even the best expert will struggle to convey their ideas if they lose control of their emotions during a work meeting.

In our training sessions, you become an expert in human nature and learn to manage your emotional and cognitive resources (attention, memory, decision-making, judgment, etc.) in the most effective way for you.

Training Methodology

Training for adults differs from traditional academic training.

Our goal is to go beyond merely transmitting knowledge. Our programs are interactive and enjoyable, allowing you to integrate knowledge by directly applying it to concrete situations and role-playing exercises. Each participant contributes lively content that enriches the exercises and examples. New skills are put into practice during hands-on workshops.

Simulating new attitudes in an imaginary context allows participants to discover and refine their verbal and non-verbal communication in relation to the changes being introduced.

All our training sessions are based on neuroscience and the most effective approaches to change management (NLP, systemic approach, solution-focused interventions, etc.).

Ranging from 1 to 3 days, our training can be conducted on-site or remotely.
